The industrial engineers will be heavily involved with workstation development, to ensure productivity levels are obtained and sustainable. Hands on background in line layout and balancing, work instructions and labor routings is desired. Successful candidates must be experienced with Work stations design, Standardized work sheets, Line balancing, Process Flows, developing work instructions, cost reduction, tool/fixture design. A bachelors degree is desired, relevant work background may be substituted. At least 5 yrs of pertinent background in a manufacturing environment is required.
